Description

Vintage Giant Wood FERRY NOT RUNNING Sign 4' x 4' from Glastonbury CT.  This sign hung decades ago in Glastonbury Connecticut and pertains to the Glastonbury Rocky Hill ferry which is the longest continuously operating ferry in the United States.  The ferry crosses the Connecticut River.  This sign measures 4 ft tall by 4 ft wide and is in very good overall condition however there is some damage to the upper right hand corner as shown in photos. This sign appears to be about a 1/2-in thick and has a painted green back. This piece would be a great decorative piece for any nautical collection or perhaps as an accent to a seafood restaurant on its porch or patio.
Due to the size of this piece I am offering it with local pickup only.  Please see all photos for exact condition and content and feel free to message me with any questions you may have. Thank you.
