    Description

    This is a rare opportunity to own a Working very early collectable AIM-65 6502 development kit with Serial Number 265, with the Assembler & Basic chip set and white Ceramic Gold Monitor ROMs.  These ROMs have some pins repaired and are in a carrier socket to prevent further damage.  I bought my first AIM-65 that has S/N 247 with white monitor chips also.
    This AIM has a display serial number different from the Main board.  The keyboard has no serial number and
    is a type used on these that I've not seen before.  This one is a Stackpole brand while normally either Superior or Futaba is found.
    The FORTH, Math and PL/65 EPROMs are NOT original but are suitable for users/collectors.

    This collectable package consists of -
    1 - Rockwell AIM-65 SBC w/20 Column Printer, Keyboard, and 4K Bytes of SRAM Ceramic R2114 made by Intel and rebranded (8-18pin 1KB x 4bit chips) - the early ones.
    1 - Microsoft Basic Interpreter ROM Chip Set (2-2332s) with paper manual and also on CD. Two pins are repaired. Basic Summary card included.
    1 - Rockwell Assembler Language ROM Chip (1-2332) with information in the User Manual and also on CD

    1 - Poster schematic first printing Rev. 0 to match the main board that has the 2 jumpers missing from the I/O section to the resistor network on the first PC boards(I had to add these like I did on mine).  And it has some repaired traces as shown in pics.  There is also an IC that has been replaced and socketed.
    1 - roll of original thermal paper for the printer. This is probably the black version.  I can swap out a blue version but I'd have to open and test it first.
    1 - Power supply - since Rockwell did not offer a power supply, I am selling this one that was built by a user from a standard product.  It has a switch for the 24 VDC printer voltage in addition to an On - Off power switch but is only for 110VAC.   I am offering a direct swap out for those wanting a modern universal line voltage switching mode power supply - SMPS.  The SMPS is lightweight and will work on both 110VAC and 220VAC mains.  If you are an International buyer, this SMPS will work worldwide and is less expensive to ship.  Depending upon the agreed upon price, I also have some Rockwell liner power supplies made for the AIM that I also could substitute.  These can be rewired for 220-240VAC.
    NOTE:   The system is working but sold AS IS and NO RETURNS will be accepted however I was a Rockwell distributor and system integrator and did board level repairs for my customers.  So I want you to be happy and have a working system and I will do my part to make that happen.
    Plus I am currently repairing these items including the keyboards and printers and have a wide selection of repair parts at my disposal should any problems arise.
    If you need the EPROMs for the PASCAL, I am selling them in other listings for per EPROM so this set of 5 is 5.
    The AIM does not decode the 4000H-7FFFH space required for 4 of these but the Z26 socket is where the 5th one is socketed so BASIC cannot be used at the same time.
    The EPROMs used for the languages - 2532s - might have markings and tarnish on the pins since they are reprogrammed.
