One of a kind Doll! Special Edition by Reva Schick original / Lee Middleton

I am in the process of listing a large collection of collectible dolls (mostly Middleton) that came from an estate of a lady who collected them. She displayed a few but most of them have never been removed from the box. They have only been in the hands of an adult. I will try to list a few each day so keep checking back.
You may be able to tell me more about this doll than I can tell you. It is not in a Middleton box but instead a plain white box. The original owner wrote on the box that it is a one of a kind, Belpre, Ohio 7/15/05. I have a coa with no name or birthdate on it. The back of this doll says "by Reva". The piece of paper attached to the box has a picture of her and says "Middleton, One of  Kind, Belpre, Ohio 7/15/05. From this information I am going to treat it as a one of a kind unless I learn otherwise.
She has blue eyes and brown hair in pigtails wearing a yellow fleece hoodie with a "B" embroidered on it and brown pants.
