He is wearing his original outfit which is a patriotic print shirt, white shortalls with a flag on the bib, white socks, white sneakers, and a matching patriotic blanket.
I purchased him new from a doll store.  He was displayed in my smoke-free home and is in excellent condition.
He has his Certificate of Authenticity, gold-colored artist wrist tag, name wrist tag, Middleton Baby Bible, and Middleton Box.
