130XE Atari PAL B NEW in BOX but NO PP/MANUAL/SN BAD GTIA

New Atari "130XE PAL B" 128K 8-Bit Computer.
Will NOT work on US NTSC TV or Monitor.
Bad GTIA chip so some graphics modes display wrong.
NEW Computer and Box but no Manual, no Power Pack, no RF Cable, no RF Switch Box & no Serial Number(SN).
We have tested each computer with the Atari CPS Diagnostics. They work with all disk and cartridge software compatible with Atari 130XE PAL computers.
Add Power pack 110VAC for (plus 3 pounds extra shipping).

UPS dimensional shipping 18" X 18" X 7" weight is 8 pounds.
These have the BAD PAL GTIAs that work incorrectly in some Graphics Modes.
NOT for US NTSC TVs or Monitors.
This auction is for a new PAL B 130XE. PAL I and NTSC versions are available in other auctions.
The shipping box is 17" X 16" X 7" with actual weight of 8 lbs but UPS Dimensional/Billable Weight of 14lbs.
